1. The Service

Mise is a recipe management app that lets you save, organize, and share recipes. By using Mise, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

You need an account to use Mise. Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Your Data

You own your recipes, notes, and content. We don't claim any rights to your data. You can delete it at any time. To request a copy, email hello@usemise.app.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use Mise to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Abuse the automatic import feature (excessive automated requests).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

5. Purchases

Mise offers credit packs and a lifetime purchase through the App Store or Google Play. Billing is handled by your app store. Refunds follow their respective policies.

6. Free Tier

The free tier includes unlimited recipe storage and 10 automatic imports. Additional credits can be purchased as needed. Your existing recipes always remain fully accessible.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time through the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mise is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service reliable but can't guarantee 100% uptime or accuracy of automatically extracted recipes.
